Wendouree

The evening has settled, and conversation slows. The second glass rests half full. A steady warmth hums through the room.

Blackcurrant and red plum have opened into bay leaf and dried herbs, with earth and fine graphite drifting beneath the surface. The green expanse feels cool and grounding, while mustard accents move like late-season vine, sun-touched and elemental against the full-bodied depth.

Structure holds the centre with strength. Layers surface gradually, each one adding weight and dimension. The texture invites the eye to travel slowly, to trace the shifts between warm and cool. 

Wendouree inhabits the space fully, savoury and composed, leaving a feeling that deepens as the night continues.
